Positive thinking determines your outlook on life, if you anticipate the best then probably the best will happen to you. This session is based on bestselling book of Dr. Spencer Johnson “Who Moved My Cheese”, where we tell the story of “hem” and “haw” “sniff” and “scurry” and who each one’s view on life helped him through a change period.

Accountability has always been viewed as just a corrective measure to failure. In this session, we view accountability from a more proactive perspective, we view it as a personal choice to rise above one’s circumstances and demonstrate the ownership necessary for achieving the desired results.

There will be a lot of things that are outside of our control and they will remain that way, we shouldn’t use this as an excuse to not achieving our desired goals. Focus on what you can do instead to get to what you want.

How you come across in a meeting determines very much who you are. “My brand” session is to encourage participants to invest in themselves, through self-development, giving the right impression and demonstrating the right attitude. My Brand is our own signature where we can make people shine at work.

Session Content:

  • Identify my own values and what I stand for
  • Identify what create people beliefs and how perception plays a role in first impressions
  • How to validate Perceptions
  • Define and know your own strengths and how to invest in them

In the session participants will have to go through a mini project of creating their own personal brand, by creating a Radio and TV Ad and a Motto .

The Balance
When people on their deathbeds were asked “What they wish they would have done differently in their life”, most of them said “I wish I hadn’t worked so much”. Work is important but don’t make it your life. In this session we will explore the journey that creates a balanced happy life.

In a Harvard research, leaders were asked “what makes people follow you? The answer was “become more Vulnerable”. The power of acting human and being close to people is what makes a person standout among others. Being vulnerable and accepting your weaknesses makes you more powerful in terms of taking risks and writing your own success story. It all starts by self-awareness, being human and embracing your imperfections. This is what makes you the next Superman!
