LOGIC Methodology:

Participants will get immersed in the full experience of the recruitment process, from preparing for the interview and analyzing CVs all the way to evaluating the interview and making a decision. In every step participants will be receiving feedback from the trainer on their performance and come out with key learning for every step of the process.
