Job Description:

  • Assists in preparing clients’ proposals in alliance with the Group Account Manager while ensuring compliance to set quality standard and clients’ needs.
  • Follows up on customized courses logistics with the operations department to ensure logistics and operations compliance to set quality standards and as per clients’ needs (trainers’ availability, CRM entries, material availability with the R&D, clients’ financial agreements, ITC, required documentation)
  • Follows up on submitted proposals to ensure client's approval of the proposed terms and conditions.
  • Writes clients’ “Training Needs Assessment” form, submits it to the R&D department and follows up on its approval while ensuring deadlines compliance.
  • Searches for potential clients to increase business leads database.
  • Supervises the CRM entries and sends account management updates to operations and R&D to ensure ongoing smooth processes.
