TWISTED
“Time Combat Heroes”, “Energy Preservers”, and “The Scientists” are all recruited to save the world by saving our time on earth! Going through a series of missions, each team is required to use effective Time Management tools and techniques. Their performance will be measured according to their choices, on which strategy to use, and they will be either reductions or additions to their Time, Superpower, and Values.

- Define what is meant by the term ‘Time Management’
- Understand the Time Management Myths
- Recognize the variety of causes of procrastination and overcome them.
- Identify time-wasters and interruptions and adopt strategies for reducing them.
- Apply techniques of managing expectations, negotiating alternatives and saying “No” when appropriate
- Acknowledge the different types of energies and how to recharge
